Treaty negotiation terms signed

Wellington, June 21 NZPA - The Crown has signed terms of negotiation with Ngati Koroki Kahukura and Ngati Haua over Treaty of Waitangi claims in Waikato.
Treaty Negotiations Minister Chris Finlayson said there was "significant and exciting" progress under way in the Waikato and Tauranga areas.
He hoped the signing of the terms would encourage other groups in those areas to work with the Crown.
