Mortgage Express honoured their top Brokers and Sales Consultants at three different regional ceremonies held around the country last week.

The Mortgage Express Harcourts' End of Year Awards 2010/11 is held to recognise the successes of the Brokers, Harcourts offices and Sales Consultants for the last financial year.

This glamorous event was hugely supported with over 600 team members in attendance with four winners announced from the Northern, Central and Christchurch regions.

"There definitely seems to be an increase in the acceptance of what a mortgage broker can offer to their clients to ensure they have the best home loan for them. Mortgage Express has increased the number of home loans it has settled due to the market preferring to buy than rent," Mortgage Express NZ General Manager Sarah Johnston said.

The Mortgage Express End of Year Awards ceremonies are a precursor to the Mortgage Express Annual Conference in 23-25 May in Rotorua.
