ASB cuts fixed home loan interest rates
ASB is cutting its 6 month and 18 month fixed home loan rates. The new rates are effective tomorrow, Friday 25 May.
These cuts follow reductions to the 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 year fixed home loan rates announced last week.
ASB fixed rate home loan interest rate changes, effective 25 May 2012:
Term Interest rate Change
6 month 5.25% - 0.50%
18 month 5.40 % - 0.40%
