Wellington, Aug 7 NZPA - Wakefield Health Ltd said three directors were re-elected at its annual meeting and directors were authorised to fix the auditor's fees and expenses for the ensuing year.

The re-elected directors were John Calder, Rick Christie and Warwick Webb.

The company told shareholders that there had been an increase in the amount of work performed by Wellington's District Health Board in the 2009 financial year but despite recent changes to contracting protocols there was no guarantee that similar levels of work would be available in the coming year. DHB workflows so far this financial year have been lower than last year.
