Wellington, March 6 NZPA - ProvencoCadmus said chief executive Jim Doyle has resigned.
The company had previously signalled that Mr Doyle would be stepping down as chief executive and moving to a role as executive director .
Mr Doyle has decided not to take up the position on the board, the company said today.
ProvencoCadmus reported a $25.6 million loss in the six months to December 31.
The company's banking facilities have been recently extended to June 30.
