Wellington, June 15 NZPA - Shares in Investment Research Group Ltd, formerly Viking Capital, will be suspended next week if the small cap investment company does not provide an annual report to NZX by Monday.

IRG has not issued its report for the year ended March 31, which was due to be issued to NZX by yesterday.

The NZAX-listed company said a change in personnel had delayed the reporting of its results.

IRG was finishing its financial accounts and beginning to get them audited, following a market update on May 11.

It expected to announce its preliminary results in the next two to three weeks, and release its annual report by July 31.
