Wellington, July 6 NZPA - Air New Zealand has been getting plenty of exposure with its advertisements and safety video featuring body-painted staff.
The airline said its "Bare Essential" in-flight safety video has had more than three million views on YouTube in the 10 days since it was launched.
The Nothing to Hide television commercial, which features eight body-painted Air New Zealanders, including chief executive officer Rob Fyfe, has had almost 2.7 million views on YouTube since launched on May 10.
The Nothing to Hide campaign was designed to make the point that there were no hidden charges in the airline's airfares.
"We have been absolutely stunned by the massive international interest in our in-flight safety briefing, with the New York Times, CNN, BBC, the Telegraph and Channel Seven Australia among those news outlets running articles," general manager marketing Steve Bayliss said.
