Wellington, April 29 NZPA - Defence Minister Wayne Mapp today held talks with the United States vice chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, General James Cartwright. Dr Mapp said there was a general discussion about the Asia-Pacific region and the situation in Afghanistan.
