Wellington, Aug 26 NZPA - Metlifecare Ltd has notched up a profit turnaround it attributes to a recovery in the value of its property portfolio which was previously hit by the global financial crisis.

Wellington, Aug 27 NZPA - Metlifecare Ltd has reported a bottom line loss of $115.7 million after a $106.9m writedown on property assets. The aged care provider is not paying a dividend.
