Wellington, March 5 NZPA - A list of words and phrases to be avoided or used when dealing with the new National Government has been circulating around the Health Ministry. Radio New Zealand today reported the table of 26 phrases had two columns, one labelled "in" and the other "out".

1. Promoting Clinical Leadership • Reduce bureaucracy in health and shift savings to frontline care. • Ensure that doctors, nurses, and other health professionals have more say in how health services are developed and improved.
