Wellington, Aug 9 NZPA - Printer Wickliffe Ltd is merging with Kalamazoo, a privately-owned printing company with links to India.

Well, there were some goodies under the Government's Christmas tree after all. Wellington got a $2 billion highway and some tunnels, for which Transport Minister Steven Joyce has been duly thanked.

Wellington, Nov 6 NZPA - John Maasland has been appointed the new chairman of investment company Hellaby Holdings, starting today. Mr Maasland, who has been an independent non-executive director of Hellaby since 2008, succeeds Bill Falconer.
